This would at least generate some speculation that this company is trying to show that it is a viable business that can have a promising future. In my opinion we are never going to gain share valuation as long as we are on being traded on toilet paper (pink sheets). Example USSE has 2,000,000,000 shares divide that by 20 for a 1 for 20 reverse split = 100 million shares.
100 million shares @ .42 looks a hell of alot better than
2 billion shares @ .021
When you are 2 cents away from 0 it spells out
R I S K Y.
Can anyone tell me why this cannot be accomplished to build share wealth?

Are you crazy!!! They can always BUY SHARES BACK!! How many shares are restricted?? Pink Sheets are the bottom of the pub I do agree, but you can find good pink stocks if the CEO/company has a good product and is not here to screw the share holders by issueing shares for a fake dream they never intend to do anything with..
So they do a RS, to do what, get on the OTC, why would it matter!! There is more to doing a RS to get on the OTC..
OTC stocks are no better, just more work for the CEO to do audits..
The right way is not dilute. Us the money they are raising from investors through the market to better the product and make more revenue..
UHCR I know the CEO well, he's a great guy, is not diluting, is doing what he should do with the share holders money and his products, yadda yadda..
