WeChoose, Some Interesting
theories being floated by Ron9 and Pescadero on I-Hub lately. Some seem convinced that ALL history MUST be repeated and that all past moves must determine all future moves. I s'pose, from a purely objective point of view, what they say will happen is possible, but do you think it's very likely? To wit:
"As they did to the USSE shareholders they shall surely do to the SSTP shareholders.
If any serious money comes the way of this company, a new entity will be formed whereby fewer share in any potential outcomes. It's happened once, It is very likely that it will happen again.
New investors are not going to want their money effected by the fleas present in the usse/sstp structure. If any new money comes in, it will be a preferred stock that ultimately wipes the common of any upside."
Considering the firestorm that ensued when it was thought (briefly) that Jim Ford had left, I can't begin to imagine the fallout if all current SSTP shareholders were left out in the cold due to some corporate maneuver by JR... sounds like suicide to me...
What's your opinion about the likelihood of this happening?
