Wechoose chooses indeed to quote not only old news, but, as is his want, only a half truth. What he does not tell you is that this is the very Only New York deal that USSEC backed out of, after realizing that ONYI (United Ethanol) was trying to defraud USSEC.
I doubt very much that USSEC is in any danger at all from SEC "punishment" from this very temporary liaison. But Wechoose loves to spread panic and fear.
