I have researched several things yesterday starting with Texas. Kyle Lavinder is the registered agent of Baytown Green Energy Consortium And Keith Mazer is listed as a director. Also listed on the states website Sustainable Power is in good standing but has no record for U. S. Sustainable Energy.
The state of Mississippi's Website for incorporation has both Sustainable Power and USSE listed as being defunct. My question: Where is USSE Incorporated in good standing?
