Hey Mr. Wechoose... since you point out some of the legal chickens that might come home to roost on JR's pate are potentially still off in the distant future (assuming any ever DO come home to roost), do you have an opinion on what some near-term success might mean for all of that.
Assuming SSTP makes real progress in contracts and revenues and becomes viable (heck, maybe even files at some point this summer), I'm wondering how big a dent success might make in fending off assaults.
I doubt any of that could be known with any certainty of course (until it happens... if it happens), but still, real progress has to enhance JR's chances of overcoming various actions/moves against him doesn't it?
Or is it completely immaterial?

Nah, I don't want to play how events/announcements may, will, can or do change companie's valuations. It gets tied up with company vs stock values and generally ignores what really moves stock prices and moves them in sustainable and predictable ways.
Just take advantage of whatever happens this time having learned from previous times and prosper.
