I guessing we just need three PR's in the next few months.
1) Some of sort sales of Reactors to a 3rd pary or country. It doesn't have to big sale. Even a couple of units will do.
2) Getting the final permits
3) Getting the 4 bioreactors running (~45% complete)
If these three happens then we are in extremely good shape.
