I don't think Bio was in on the original fraud, but I do think he is lying right now and pumping until he can get rid of all of his shares he has left. I also think he will face some legal problems over this. It is without doubt that he received insider info and eagerly let the messages out before the news. I can also tell you that I myself bought shares on the postings he gave when he started making unbelievable predictions that turned out to be true. In fact I had given up on this company a while ago until Bio did his pumping and seemed to be in the know. So I hate to say it Bio, but I do believe you are going to have to face a judge somewhere down the line. My suggestion to you right now to maybe save some federal fines of jail time would be to tell everyone here what you know and when you knew it...might help down the road...although I'm not holding my breath.

This guy is just another basher spreading lies and fear, he is a joke! I have never received inside info, and if you think you have something on me, please bring it on! My attorneys will eat you for lunch! Any SEC investigation could look at my shares, what I hold and when I bought them, I have never made money flipping! Enough said!
