Borneo Energy Sdn Bhd had signed separate service agreements with three Thai companies - Suntech Palm Oil Co Ltd, Siam Gulf Petrochemical Co Ltd and Transtech Energy Company Ltd.
It said under the agreements, Sugar Bun would provide management and technical services to the three companies.
Borneo Energy is a subsidiary of Borneo Oil & Gas Corp.
Borneo Oil & Gas Corp executive director Abdul Hamid Ibrahim said in the filing with Bursa Malaysia that the agreements carried an option for its holding company to invest in the three companies.
Boy things are really getting interesting or could get real soon !!!
