'Tis a fine point you've made here Vonitsa! And thanks for the PR post, I actually checked this board first this fine, lovely spring morning and there was the news.
The Admin guy here does have a fine website and he HAS obviously worked very hard. As he points out, it IS a free site.

YOU Mr. AdminMan for all you've done for us. We appreciate it very much, although we haven't said it as often as we should.
By and large (with a few exceptions here and there) the posting here has been rancor free and generally positive.
Geo struggles with some issues (to be sure) but he sure has worked hard and kept investors in the photo loop which has been our biggest resource in learning and stying (relatively) informed as to what's going on in Baytown. Even his fiercer critics and detractors have no doubt spent a good deal of time looking at/studying them.
