Metalico divests biodiesel producer Beacon Energy
In New Jersey, Beacon Energy, a producer of biodiesel from waste oils, announced that it has become a subsidiary of Beacon Energy Holdings. Previously, the company was a subsidiary of Metalico, which continues to hold a 37 percent stake in Beacon Energy Holdings.
