The FUTURE brand was meant to be shared. I just want to be part of the FUTURE; I am looking for partners or mergers. There are pending oppositions with Pep Boys and Fokker services in Europe. Pep Boys has a tire called FUTURA. They want FUTURE automotive all goods and services. Oppositions have been posted for four years from Pep Boys. Fokkers want the global aircraft goods and services.
Also search European Community Trademark Application No. 003886983 /FUTURE stylized word+device in Classes 3, 9, 12, 35, 36, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, prior pending rights in the USA year 2000. An misrepresented agreement that was set up by my own lawyer would give Chantecaille the rights to FUTURE when they are abandoned. The goal is to protect the ideas and the concept of FUTURE. These pending rights have great value.
