I think I posted yesterday that the group that was down there last week not only saw the two completed reactors, but saw the boxes/parts for the other two to complete one full module... after which the biocrude should be flowing pretty freely.

The group was told six to eight weeks to completion... so they're staying pretty close to their original timetable.

Interesting product, but when a person starts looking at the testing results, Vertroleum kicks it's rear. Their company has been going since 91, and still they don't have a product that is even close to Vertroleum's capabilities. Their stock is about 50 cents, when Vertroleum starts pouring you can bet the stock price is going to pull away from that!

Since DYMTF has less than 5% of the O/S of USSE/SSTP, the current DYMTF share price is around an equivalent of .03 using market caps. Plus DYMTF is near its year low of .45 -- down from 1.33.

All that would mean that SSTP has already blown it away.

theories being floated by Ron9 and Pescadero on I-Hub lately. Some seem convinced that ALL history MUST be repeated and that all past moves must determine all future moves. I s'pose, from a purely objective point of view, what they say will happen is possible, but do you think it's very likely? To wit:

If any serious money comes the way of this company, a new entity will be formed whereby fewer share in any potential outcomes. It's happened once, It is very likely that it will happen again.

Considering the firestorm that ensued when it was thought (briefly) that Jim Ford had left, I can't begin to imagine the fallout if all current SSTP shareholders were left out in the cold due to some corporate maneuver by JR... sounds like suicide to me...

What's your opinion about the likelihood of this happening?

JR can do what he wants to with the catalyst. I think he will sell it to the final company that will ultimately be lucky enough to be the one to be able to actually produce and market BioCrude and all refined products. That company could actually be Green Energy Consortium."

Where does our 2 gems stand? Holding the page? Again?

Does Bio know more then he is sharing???? Is this a hint of things to come?

Your comments are off the wall! SSTP has a International License to own the process, he cannot sell the process without approval from shareholders, he would get sued. He has no plans to sell the process. SSTP will be the only company on the planet with the rights to use the process!

I've spread my opinion far and wide at great length and there's no point in belaboring it again -- especially since it's really just an opinion. The very short form is this:

I believe the formation and funding of SSTP is and was illegal. I believe it was anything but an arms length transaction and it resulted in USSE shareholders losing assets for a small percentage of their calculated value.

I believe it is quite possible for the SEC to step in and unravel that deal via a series of moves that will leave one entity standing and all shareholders of both companies relatively whole. I can't see any but USSE surviving but the SSTP shareholders won't be killed off -- just dazed and confused.

Or, the SEC ignores it all and civil actions (if any) move forward.
