Well, I guess my point (Condor) is that Cliff Robertson's character tells Redford's character about how the government plays war games about going in and taking oil by force.

I think his quote was something like "people are going to want us to go in and take it" (oil, when there isn't any).

But, I say, it doesn't have to be that way.

Now for religion
I was thinking of the radicals in the middle east who want to kill off any one in the world who disagrees with their way of belief. They are fueled by the cash flow of OPEC to keep turmoil around the world to keep the oil prices going up. Maybe soon $300 a barrel.

And this is how our legislators try to solve problems....

Trying to sue the cartel...not going to work...

Need alternatives to imported oil...only way to deal with cartel is smash cartel by not buying their oil...only way to do that is have another source or sources for energy that do not involve oil.

Seems food-based ethanol is creating quite a quandary for Texas...so much so that they are asking the EPA for a waiver.

I direct you to page 2, second paragraph from the bottom

"It is vitally important that the Federal government address skyrocketing fuel prices, but the solution should be through increased production and more non-grain alternative fuel sources, and not through policies that artificially drive up food prices and negatively impact Texas' otherwise strong economy."


Given our company and their mission, not to mention their location (TX), it would appear we can fill that void (non-grain alternative fuel sources).

Let's get this thing out of the gate.
