Just read the agreement...

...at the SSTP website. Did anybody else see that GRAND signature by the other CEO, that HUGE V for "Victor".

This is more than nice... it's practically poetic!

Most of you will remember that a coupla' weeks ago I mentioned that Baytown had purchased a blueprint printer and what great news I thought that was considering what blueprints are for... and nothing but crickets...

Now we have this Spain company lending $$$, expertise, and boots on the ground committed to building Baytown out to the max.

This is making more and more sense, if we are going into C.A., going into Malaysia, going into whereever... then what could be more logical than focusing on the U.S. Vertroleum Refinery already in the good ole' U.S. of A., blueprinting it, and THEN using that as the template/blueprint for replication everywhere?!?

Not to mention that the first big revenue stream will be right here!

Mr. Rivera is indeed growing, evolving, listening and his process is proving to be all AmSpec verified it was! Otherwise, deals like this (and others that must surely be in the works we don't even know about yet) would not be occurring.

Congratulations Mr. Rivera !!! And best of luck to you on all the other things you are no doubt working on!

Nice catch by The Raven at I-Ville...

L. Sole S.A. , it appears they have been in business since 1985.

L. Sole S.A., founded in 1985, is a family firm specialising in the energy applications of the first and second conversion of wood in the timber industry: the installation of timber-drying and heating plants using timber residues. They are present in Spain but also in France, Russia and South America.

The technology used is under continuing development to meet the clients’ needs and, thanks to their technological advances, electronic controls for timber drying and telecommunications applications, remote control of the installations is possible. L Sole S.A. works particularly closely with the timber industry, but is also active in the textile, chemical, agricultural, metallurgical and other sectors of industry where their specialised services are required: the ability to manage and carry out projects requiring a combination of different techniques like solid and liquid fuels, and compressed air vacuuming and ventilation. L Sole offer a ready-to-use solution for all these applications. They can already boast 300 accreditations for boilers and driers.

Technologies and Services:
-Systems for the automatic combustion of wood residues
-Automatic timber dryers from 5 to 200m3
-Industrial heating applications
-Boiler and hot air blowers from 120kW to 20MW
-Smoke treatment systems
-Industrial and district heating

Looks like a good agreement for the buildout of Baytown and beyond. Thanks for the info. The present future outlook: Sunny with lots of Blue Sky ahead. Thanks

I'm sure more news and information will be forthcoming on the agreement. Seems Mr. Rivera wanted to get some information put out on the latetest activities of USSE/SSTP and he did just that and it looks real good.
Thank You Mr. Rivera

Could some stock-savvy person...

...shed some light on why 8 million shares have traded but the range has only been 1.3 cents up and down, up and down... and currently only 10% up?

Dilution?

Lack of confirmation/confidence in the news?

More selling than buying due to flipping?

And what does this portend for future news?

Would, say, 24 million shares trading therefore only take us up 3-5 cents?

tia

$2.0 billion question???

Could be not the household name BIO was saying last week, do they have the money, is it a real deal, flippers, shorters selling into the buying frenzy, no timelines announced, one of many reasons that has this long disappointed that we didn't at least hit the high of months ago of .075 and haven't held up.

Sure don't want to see us close lower than Friday......

Last update: 10:00 a.m. EDT June 2, 2008

BAYTOWN, TX, Jun 02, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) is pleased to announce today that it has signed an initial agreement with with L.Sole', S.A., a leading company in Spain responsible for building over 400 biomass powered facilities throughout Spain, the European Union, Russia and in all of Latin America.
In the initial agreement, L.Sole', S.A. agrees to provide up to $2 billion in financing to fund the expansion of SSTP's Baytown, TX facility, as well other facilities worldwide utilizing SSTP's total solution technology. The financing will be in the form of debt, and is therefore non-dilutive to the existing SSTP shareholder base. L.Sole' also plans to "EPC" (engineer, procure and construct) a minimum of 400 reactors in Baytown, Texas.
A copy of the initial agreement has been posted to the SSTP website : http://www.sustainablepower.com/cont...ole_080528.pdf
A further definitive agreement is expected to be consummated between the parties shortly.
The expanded Baytown plant is expected to house a minimum of 400 bio-reactors which would produce approximately three (3) million gallons daily of SSTP's green biofuel, which includes jet fuel, diesel, and high-octane bio-gasoline meeting all ASTM specifications.
In addition, L.Sole', S.A. has agreed to immediately deploy a team of engineers and specialists in bio-fuel and power generation to the Baytown facility. Further information on L.Sole' can be found at L. Solé, S.A.
John Rivera, CEO, stated, "This initial first step with L.Sole' comes as a result of recent meetings with the Parlacen of Central America. Through our board member and President of the Parlacen, Julio Gonzales-Gamarra, we were introduced to L.Sole'. Victor R. Bendeck, CEO of the Latin American division of L.Sole', S.A., is a leader in the biomass field with decades of experience and background in this area. We are particularly delighted to ally with L.Sole' to provide a solution to this continuing and growing worldwide oil crisis."
