Good question. When I state serious money I mean money coming from the fund management arena. For any company to grow into a large company it needs institutional money. They have very strict rules in the companies they can buy into. Usually over 5 dollars a share, and other parameters.

Since USSE/SSTP has at least 3.5 billion shares, each jump in a dime in value adds 350 million to market cap. The little guy has only so much money to push something hirer. Take the volume yesterday and price. Around 10 million shares in the 2 companies traded for a total dollar value of about $400,000. How many days in a row of people like you and I can we muster $400,000 dollar trading days. Most here probably bought once, and hope someone else will buy higher. If we hit 10 cents a share, we now would need 1 million dollars to trade those same 10 million shares. Not to mention all the over head resistance from people bailing to break even when they averaged down.

If this thing ever hits 1 dollar, to move up, it will take 10,000,000 dollars for the same action we had yesterday. That type of money is only held in institutional money, it isn't what the group of people on this board have. That is the serious money I am talking about. Most of these funds are prohibited to invest in pinks, or under $5 a share. In order to get there, someday we have to become reporting and drive the price to $5.

How much money do you have left for today to drive this thing higher? Tomorrow? The day after? Most probably have a buy in point of less than a nickel, hoping someone else comes after them to take it higher. Today looks like they are not out there.

I beg to differ from the old scouindrel. The fact that the price of the stock moved so little yesterday was a function not of how many shares are out there (the vast majority of which are restricted anyhow), but at what price people are willing to trade their shares. Remember that these stocks went from 42 cents (in USSE) to less than 2 cents and 38 cents (SSTP) to less than 3 cents. If I wish to buy a million shares of SSTP at less than 5 cents, I can do it because there are people out there who are willing to sell it to me at that price. If people weren't willing to sell at that price, I would have to increase my buying price, and the stock would go up.
Let's see what happens when a contract, as opposed to a letter of agreement, is signed, and we get some aggressive PR action.

With the BIO rumor that started the buying (imo) last Wednesday, close to 20% of the float traded in 5 days, and we only move from .025 to a close today of .036.

If someone had told you last year when the stock of sstp was at .35 and we had just signed a 2 billion dollar deal, don't you think you would have seen another monster run to a $1.00 at the time?

Looking at movements last yr, on only 500K shares traded we moved 40%
with the price in the low .20's.

We traded over 25 million shares in the last 5 days, 50 TIMES more than last yr, and we only move 40%???

Has the float increased substantially, (Redwood dumping some of their non-restricted shares now with holding period shortened-jmo), or JR has been paying bills with shares since the TA has been gagged, otherwise, we should not be .036 and falling.

Unless the flippers that have been trading this puppy for a while have amazed this number of shares and are dumping into the run, which I doubt, why NO KABOOM ?????

...that for this pink-sheet, non-reporting company to have any STELLAR stock movement, then we are going to have to see:

1. STELLAR news beyond "initial" agreements (which I think we are close to having)

2. STELLAR contracts that are actually signed (which we don't have yet)

3. STELLAR revenue (which we don't have yet)...

4. ...that stems from selling STELLAR products (which I believe we already have)

Given where we are now, we don't get to experience STELLAR PPS, until EVERY thing turns STELLAR or at least the market believes that everything is pointing to STELLAR...

If we're gonna' keep some shares long, we're gonna' have to settle for STELLAR progress (which we certainly seem to be experiencing at this point!!)

Just come on line this morning UK time found your post and Alstock reply. I wish to say thank you Alstock for your quick response and DD re Victor R B,

Genisis for goodness sake why? If you were so quick to pick up on the Caribean update which you obviously researched didn't you go one step further as Alstocks did, and answere your own question, before putting the article and question on this board.

I am horrified that anyone could be so irresponsible as to put the character of someone you have never met, who's family buisness is willing to invest time and effort and money into SSTP,to become a partner in Joint Ventures world wide, under this sort of suspicion. Was this some sort of smart alec joke or firing from the hip lousy DD. If there is anything to know about the Good Honourable Spanish people it is they have great pride in their integrity and honour, and do take great offense to any slur on their good name and character.

On this board there are some who have and do sling around insults and harranged each other and cross swords, for what ever reason.That is what they wish to do.I have no quarrel with that, that is between them.

But to put a question like this well, is beyond my comprehension.This family who has not caused you or anyone else on this board any harm what so ever, who I will repeat again is willing to co-operate with SSTP
as JV partner, arrange financing to the tune of minimum of $2 BILLION for Baytown alone, The thousands of plant conversions they want to do using SSTP, this is the break that investors have been wanting, ARE YOU AN INVESTOR IN SSTP.?

I know there will be a number of guys cueing up to try and demolish the idea of the possibility of any deal going through. I don't care about that we can argue that amongst ourselves till one side is proved righter than the other.

I for one cannot and will not let the question you raise and the manner in which it was put go undisputed, it is this kind of damaging inuendo which can do untold damage to the relations between one country and another. Don't you want to see USSE/SSTP succeed if you do, then for everyone's sake think what you are writing and doing before pressing the send message button.

I'm a very tollerant guy can let many things go by without challanging, but this was a step too far.We have too much at stake. By we, I mean shareholders SSTP and USA and any other country that would benefit from this technology. What ever your views are THINK BEFORE YOU PRINT. The bigger picture is larger than one can imagine given half a chance. Take heed do not destroy the future by accident.
