Nice catch on the Jatropha Mazie! I think JR's main feedstock for the time being (probably due to cost and availability) is the soybean hulls that he's had such good results with. I'm sure they're looking at all the options however.

Makes ya' wonder if Borneo's decided to stay with the petroleum... they paid 9 million in cash for this (don't they still owe us a million or somethin' like that?).

Maybe they've just been busy diversifying and plan to do petroleum AND vertroleum... or they've decided not to run with the SSTP ball at all... guess we'll find out soon enough!

Well, we've had some great news this week! I hope we'll get some more today, I know there's lotsa' stuff happenin'.

For those of you who may have missed it, I duked it out (in a Christian way, of course!) with Hang'Em over at the Village. I'm insisting that long investors have already been vindicated in their choice to remain optimistic about SSTP ever since AmSpec came on board and helped JR figure out exactly what he had. The progress has been steady, consistent, and OBVIOUS ever since then...

The new Corporate Attorney is going to hit each message board with a simple request for info on bashers, if no response then the court papers get filed against the website owners and then THE BASHERS! We have 100% correct info on 3 of the bashers, the court will get the rest!

USSE & SSTP VALUATION


People have been asking about the relationship between USSE & SSTP, which would directly effect the valuation of each company.

At first I thought SSTP was strictly for power generation, until the some PR's came out about marketing the fuels.

Based on what is out there...I'll take a crack at this.

Let set a basis first. definitions :

Authorized Stock (Also known as "authorized shares" or "authorized capital stock".)

The maximum number of shares that a corporation is legally permitted to issue, as specified in its articles of incorporation. This figure is usually listed in the capital accounts section of the balance sheet.

This number can be changed only by a vote of all the shareholders. Management will typically keep the number of authorized shares higher than those actually issued. This allows the company to sell more shares if it needs to raise additional funds.


Issued Shares (Also known as "issued stock".)

The number of authorized shares that is sold to and held by the shareholders of a company, regardless of whether they are insiders, institutional investors or the general public.

Issued shares include the stock that a company sells publicly in order to generate capital and the stock given to insiders as part of their compensation packages. Unlike shares that are held as treasury stock, shares that have been retired are not included in this figure. The amount of issued shares can be all or part of the total amount of authorized shares of a corporation.

Understanding we are in Pinky Land & assuming the above holds true…..and the following stock info is:

USSE holds 1 billion shares of SSTP in its treasury. The number of issued shares are a little over 2 billion shares. Right away we can see USSE is automatically worth ½ of SSTP (1/3 if all 3 billion shs. were issued). But it doesn’t stop there.

Fact: USSE will have fertilizer sales.

Unknown: Does USSE get paid from SSTP for ALL crude produced (regardless of what is refined too; ex. Biogasoline, diesel and those 68 products). If this is true, then USSE may equal or surpass the worth of SSTP & at the current pps it’s a steal. Much hinges on this unkown for USSE’s valuation.
