JR worked the phones/internet hard this weekend, spreading the word that there would be a PR out today and that company financials have been completed.



Would like to know if any one else can verify that is what JR related?

I know they're working on a P.R. What company in their right mind wouldn't be after a weekend like this?!

As far as the financials are concerned, I've assumed for some time they're done or close to being done... I don't think Sole' or Pemco would have made the commitments they've made without a clearer picture of where we are.

It's also an eminently reasonable assumption that they were waiting for just the right time to release them, but I wonder, with the SEC breathing down their neck, they may have to revise their strategy. I would think the sooner the better at this point.

Far be it from me to second guess Fairway's motives (I never have before and caught a LOT of grack for it), but he's gotta' know that to publicize what John may have shared with over the weekend may appear to be very positive, but if the financials then aren't filed pretty soon... wouldn't the SEC just have a bigger stick to hit John over the head with?

Well, maybe it's a subtle but nice prod to JR to get the financials filed already since it's in everyone's best interest to do so anyway.

THAT would be a stick John could use to smack the SEC over the head with... hmmm... sounds like a lot of smacking over a lot of heads is on the horizon...

But I-Village is a happenin' place as well. Their moderator or whatever allows a lot more in the way of personal attacks than we do here, but there's been a lot of robust and profitable discussion over there this weekend. I think everyone that reads the Kaboom Gang also reads the Village People!

But everyone's always invited here and Mr. Admin Man is always very gracious to give second chances so it's always nice to have folks "come back home."
