This was a bad weekend to be swamped...
...but I'm slowly but surely catching up.
VERY nice review on the PR's Ron! While I can't speak to the whole stock selling situation (looks like that's going to be fought out in court), it certainly does seem that the SEC jumped the gun in judging some of the earlier attempts to bring it to market. Given the magnitude of John's progress in doing that very thing, that's gonna' HAVE to take a whole lot of wind out of the SEC's sails. But the SEC's indictment of the technology and the Vertroleum doesn't just fly in the face of what's happening in Baytown, it impugns EVERYTHING that's happened that can be counted legitimate progress and EVERYONE who's witnessed the technology that's come on board. It impugns Pemco and Sole' and the Parlacen and... and... and... I might be wrong about this, but it looks to me like part of the SEC's complaint may have been based on some real investigation and other (large) parts of it, seem to be echoing the bashers of the past year and falling right in with them. As troubling as SOME of the allegations are, I wouldn't be surprised if John's legal beagles are going to have a field day with other, large portions of the complaint. Ya' know... someone, someday, is just gonna' hafta' write a book about all this!

My name is Michael Garjian and I am the CEO of Vee-Go Energy and the founder of E2M.org a non-profit economic development organization. I am new to this board but have been active at I-HUB as mike6491. If you check my 20 or so posts there, you can get more details than this post. As an inventor myself, with 9 worldwide patents, I know the invention process well, understand that it never goes as smoothly as you would like, sometimes takes years longer than you anticipated, and will consume your entire personal life and financial resources. Only a fool would pursue this course of life unless one were fully committed that he had something of great value. John is the quintessential inventor who knows what he has and will never fold as long as he breathes. I have 1000% faith in John and consider him to be one of the most amazing individuals I have ever met. I met John and Alice when John invited me to Natchez on Dec. 14, 2006. At that time I met his entire organization (who happily stated late due to my plane's delay) and saw the entire process from soybeans to fuel including the operation of two diesel engines and a two stroke and a four stroke engine which I personally drove on the fuel I watched come out of the reactor. My science background was useful in coming to the conclusion that I had just witnessed one of the most incredible fuel developments ever achieved. Because he was interested in the nature of my non-profit work, John and I signed an MOU for the production of Vertroleum in Western Mass. Upon my return to WMass I arranged meetings with several major utility companies and a University of Mass Physical Chemistry group. On January 26, 2007 a USSE team came to WMass for these meetings which drew considerable interest from a commercial point of view. Based on the meetings, I came away feeling that there is a million gallon a day market for the right green fuel just in this small region. Shortly after the January meetings, Vee-Go became USSE's first customer with an order for one ton of the soyash by-product. We first requested samples for testing and found that the ash is as amazing as the fuel. It had several amazing and wonderful qualities. 1. It is a fertilizer as stated by John. 2. Based on tests I had conducted by a large coal burning power plant, it is a GREEN SUBSTITUTE FOR COAL. Coal powder injected plants can use it at a 50% concentration without compromising the SCR scrubbers and grate burners even higher. It has the same BTU value as bituminous coal (10,000 to 11,400 BTU/lb). (Read this again.) 3. It has chemical properties similar to activated charcoal, and tests I had conducted by a noted Virginia agricultural lab show that it binds and detoxifies four of the most serious soil based aflotoxins now threatening grain and produce fields across America. (Read this twice.) 4. It is one of the most effective substances for carbon dioxide sequestration in that it removes CO2 from the atmosphere and returns it to the ground to be stored safely for at least 10 millennia. (Read this twice.) The above leads me to believe that the Rivera Process can use virgin or waste agricultural feedstocks, invasive species, seaweed, algae and other feedstocks to produce a carbon neutral liquid fuel and an ash that can re-fertilize and de-toxify the fields growing the fuel, while at the same time REVERSING global warming. Between that period when I met with electric industry businesses and received results of the ash tests, a considerable amount of time went by due to delays in ash testing caused by the VA Tech murders on my end and issues that came up in Natchez when certain individuals tried to thwart John at his end. Due to his need to virtually start over from scratch in Baytown and my need to move on to other areas of endeavor as he regrouped, there has been no intermediate activity with John other than fairly regular communications to keep each other informed. During that period of time, I made occasional posts at I-Hub to provide greater detail on that which I am summarizing here, such as specific test results on the ash. I, either individually or with partners, am now establishing a Western Mass facility to use waste restaurant oils or Vetroleum to power and heat a 260,000 square foot facility being used to implement a revolutionary process that enables us to grow certified organic foods in super-nutritious soils indoors in sealed, secure, controlled environments safe from atmospheric pollutants, bacteria, environmental threats, etc. Essentially, we are able to grow safe, organic food anywhere on the planet where we can find water and energy. Our company is private and is being funded by church groups to assure that this technology reaches and benefits the poor and hungry rather than some fat and well heeled investors who are ruining our planet through their unrestrained investment practices to serve their own self-interests. It is sad to see how much damage greed based investment practices are doing to our planet, environment, country, democracy, government, food chain, and the poor and hungry of this planet. Those types of investors are also victims of their own practices, it just will take longer for them and their children to find out. My own companies and I will not be a party to that type of immorality, and much of John's trials are as a result of his similar thinking. I absolutely support John Rivera. I believe he is cut from the same cloth as I am. He will sacrifice much to do what he feels is right. I do not want to hurt any living soul, however I subscribe to Roosevelt's saying "Walk softly but carry a big stick." He is a perpetual optimist, sometimes to a fault, but that is necessary if one is to change the world while facing obstacles created by those who benefit from the status quo. This is evidenced by the life of Charles Goodyear and others who want to do well by giving everything for the greater good. I love my country but am pissed off by how America is being used by those with dark, self-serving agendas. He will do anything he can to help make this country a beacon of hope and optimism for the many who pray daily for hope or some small spark of light or a reason to believe the future will be better than the past. And we both know we will succeed. God Speed you John Rivera. It is both beautiful, painful, and ironic that at your seemingly darkest moment, you are about to grasp the brass ring and usher in a new era for your country, your planet, and human history.
