Hey there Mr. Alternative Energy !
Just dropped by to say hello...
I just caught the new website (off raven's post at I-Ville)... It's definitely an improvement and I hope other things about the company continue to improve as well. Whoever is working on the website now deserves some kudos for cleaning it up and making it look more professional and contemporary. BTW... another big improvement... I don't know how much credit you've received for it (I'm not making the time for the boards I once did), but you certainly deserve a LOT of credit for the "extreme makeover" of your posting since a couple of years ago! I still wouldn't want to cross swords with you or try and take food off your table or money out of your pocket, but your posting/discussion style has become very civil, more informed, and reflects a lot that you've learned over time, including some of the lessons you've learned from some of your old foes (including some lessons learned the hard way). It's a pleasure to read you these days (regardless of what SSTP may ultimately do), especially when I think about your posting from a coupla' years ago. Well done!!! I have to confess though my great disappointment in this whole lawsuit business... even if there are reasons and rationales that justify a suit, Jens and JR have been joined at the hip for so long and know so much about each other (and where so many of the "bodies" are buried, to quote the cliche), that I can't help but feel a move like this is inherently risky/harmful to both parties. To drag Jens & Co. into court is, in a very real sense, dragging himself into court at one and the same time. You don't see Bill and Hillary making trouble for each other do you? That's because if one goes down, the other's goin' with him/her. It's hard to shake the vibe that the same would be true of these two. How many times can JR shoot himself in the foot and still expect/hope to keep walking? Well, maybe I'm way off base here... I'm sure there's much I don't know about everything but that's how all this strikes me... take care Ron, and thanks again for anchoring the board here in such a good way.
