I have two words... INVESTOR GROUPS

We need to share JR with others!

Three or four years ago, I was working on a start-up project, and started looking at Invester Groups, primarily in Texas. There are hundreds if not thousands throughout the US, and many are reachable by email. They come in all shapes, sizes and flavors, but they exist for one reason... investing.

I am going to renew my list and add greatly to it, so these folks can be contacted.

Do you guys want to help with a campaign?

All my wisdom can't get you there. Read Investopedia for the definition:

Fully Diluted Shares

"The total number of shares that would be outstanding if all possible sources of conversion, such as convertible bonds and stock options, were exercised. Companies often release specific financial figures in terms of fully diluted shares outstanding (such as the company’s profits reported on a fully diluted per share basis) to allow investors the ability to properly assess the company's financial situation.

"An investor should consider carefully the fully diluted share amount because it can cause a company's share price to plummet significantly if a large number of option holders or convertible bond holders decide to claim their stock.

"For example, let's say that XYZ Corp. currently has 1 million shares outstanding, 1 million options outstanding (assuming each option gives the right to buy one share) and its share price is $5. If everyone decides to exercised their options, there would be 2 million shares outstanding and the share price would likely drop to $2.50."

Your post has not gone unoticed kidder, dreams sometimes do come true deserts could bloom,even if it would be blooming algea.Who knows, look what the effect of the industrial revelution had. What about the Suez Canal, and the one closer to you Panama Canal both built without todays technology,the incentive to try must be getting closer.Thanks for the number crunching, from those who enjoy the implications.

Dr. Rivera, whose company recently sold a 2.44 percent stake to Borneo Oil, and signed a collaboration agreement to install 20 biocrude reactors in Indonesia and Malaysia by summer 2009, was headed for Guatemala this week for talks with a group headed by Julio González Gamarra, president of the Central American Parliament (Parlacen). Parlacen has offered to contribute up to $4 billion for the rollout of the “Rivera” process to Latin America. Parlacen countries have the capacity to install as many as 800 bioreactors, which would use the Rivera process to produce organic fertilizer, heavy crude oil, light crude oil and synthetic gas from carbon-based feedstocks
