-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you my friends on this board for your suport. I am NOT an employee of USSE/SSTP. I am a stockholder. My A C E Inc. is providing pilots and aircraft management. I have 6 pilots at this time and plan more in the future. Today in Baytown was a nice easy day. The shop will be taxi testing the new gear and I will fly a test hop. I have taken a few more pictures and a lot more talking with the workers at Baytown. There has been a lot of confusion going on about "how things work" so like he TV progrsm I will attempt to set things correct. I have trouble posting pictures so I will try to get help and I can post one by one here on Kaboom. I have 10 new pictures but need a way to post them. kaboom sez max 97.7 and htese are all 160kb

It all starts here. The feedstock is fed into the top of the funnel shaped mechanism in the back of the photo. The two valves keep the reactor isolated from the normal atmosphere. It works just like a cereal dispenser. One load at a time. This is being redesigned for a set of four and much shortened.

8 1/2 minutes later the stock has been completely gasified and is a 700 degree vapor.

The gases are spun in the cone shaped device called a tornado to separate the small amounts of solids. Note both reactors are plumbed to one tornado.

Now the next to final step. The gases enter the top of the yellow tank which is full of biocrudeoil and bubbled up through the oil and held at a certain temperature. The heavy crude (thick as molasses) runs out the 2" pipe and is collected in a two tank assemble outside the east wall. There it is pumped into transport tanks. Later it will be pipelined.
Final Step: The remaining hot gases proceed out the 4" pipe to a water jacketed tank outside and are condensed to an oil about like 30 wt engine oil. I suppose the two crudes can then be sold, mixed or separately. They can be further processed by cracking and distillation processes that will make many products from gasoline to diesel and good ole GREEN JET-A
