In recent news the company announced that it has executed an affiliate agreement with Apple iTunes, which will allow Pulse 87 visitors to purchase music playing on the radio station through the most widely used online music store. This is momentous, as iTunes is now the #2 music distributor, trailing only behind Wal-Mart.

Scottrade is not currently allowing internet trades on this stock. They must have some concern about it. Is it being manipulated? Or?

I check with Scottrade about the restriction. From what I understand, (don’t quote me by this) they have a security to the clients with trades that take place from clients over seas etc who might be trade the stock per the internet for what ever reasons they are watching this action at this time. For security reasons and verification theft etc. He stated there are many reason for the restriction. I’m not real clear but he did mentioned it had nothing to do with the stock and its financials, they just want to talk to who is buying the stock and will let you trade the stock via phone per internet fee until this is lifted.

You can call and ask Scottrade and see what you think is the problem at this point. I’m not sure what or if any trading firms are having this restriction.

If I am reading the financials right they have recently acquired a lot of debt. I don't know a lot about Golden Gate Investors but one stock I recently traded that went through a similar arrangement plummeted after they began selling their shares into the market. Will this one follow suit? I would certainly welcome the opportunity to be educated if I am out of order on this.

Pulse will be rated under Arbitron PPM system, which is scheduled to go currency for the New York Market in September 2008.

MegaMediaGroup.com). New York's new Rhythmic Top 40 radio station announced today signed an annual advertising agreement with Major World Automotive, an auto dealership in New York.
