I have used them for several years. They have not made an error, acted on all my trades, took care of splits, dividends, etc. so I would say I am happy with the service and would recommend them.

Their weak point is providing complete links/information on penny and sub penny stocks.

If you have every used a more high dollar personal broker you can get the bid you want. Sometimes its hard to fill under the ask with sub penny plays.

Other then that, very happy!
